Traveller details

Enter every traveller exactly as shown on the passport, including children and infants. Date of birth is used to request the correct LIVE passenger fare and to keep the later Hold matched to the same travellers.

This is the StepOut service fee for this request. When online checkout is enabled, the service fee is collected securely after you submit these trip details. Airline fares, hotel charges, government fees, and supplier deposits are separate unless expressly stated.

What happens after payment

Verified payment unlocks a controlled LIVE flight search for this request. You will choose a Hold-eligible itinerary before StepOut attempts any temporary unpaid airline Hold. Paying the StepOut service fee does not itself create an airline order, PNR or ticket.

StepOut will not pay the airline fare or issue a ticket through this reservation service. Offers requiring identity-document data are excluded from this launch workflow.

Before you submit

Is this an airline ticket?

No. The current StepOut itinerary-preparation service does not issue an airline ticket. If StepOut later secures a genuine supplier reservation for a specific order, that will be stated separately.

Is my StepOut reference a PNR?

No. It is an internal StepOut request reference used for tracking.

Should I send my passport now?

No. The initial request form does not require a passport scan. Only provide sensitive identity documents if StepOut later explains why they are genuinely necessary.

Does an itinerary guarantee a visa?

No. Visa and immigration decisions belong to the responsible authority. Check the current requirements of the authority handling your application.
