Flight + Hotel Reservation for Visa

Coordinate flights and accommodation around one consistent travel timeline for a clearer visa or travel-planning file.

A flight and hotel reservation for visa works best when both parts tell the same story. Arrival dates, departure dates, cities, transit points and overnight stays should form one realistic chronology. StepOut Travel’s combined service is temporarily unavailable until Confirmed Hotel Reservation is enabled with verified LIVE hotel supplier access.

Current availability: Flight Reservation is available now. Flight + Hotel cannot be submitted or paid for until the hotel service is live.

Why consistency matters

Travel evidence is easier to understand when the pieces agree. A flight arriving in Paris on 4 May should not be paired with a hotel in Rome beginning on 3 May unless another part of the itinerary explains how the traveller gets there. A return flight on 12 May should not conflict with accommodation that continues to 15 May.

The aim is not to create more paperwork. It is to make each document support the same intended trip.

What the combined StepOut service will cover when enabled

  • Outbound and return travel dates, or one-way travel where appropriate.
  • Origin and destination airports and sensible connections.
  • Accommodation city, preferred area or property and stay dates.
  • Traveller names and number of travellers.
  • Optional visa-country or consulate destination information to help keep the route relevant.
  • One StepOut reference for tracking the service request.

A genuine airline PNR or hotel confirmation is shown only if a real supplier creates it. The StepOut reference itself is never presented as a supplier booking code.

Build the timeline from the nights, not just the flights

For multi-country travel, count each overnight stay. This is especially important for Schengen applications where the main destination can depend on the purpose of travel and, in many ordinary tourism cases, the length of stay in each country. Your accommodation plan should therefore support the route rather than being added as an afterthought.

Check transit and intercity movements

A combined itinerary should account for the practical journey between destinations. Airport transfers, overnight connections, trains or short regional flights can change where the traveller actually sleeps. If a transit country requires additional documentation for the traveller’s nationality or connection type, choose a different route where possible or prepare the required transit permission.

Do not buy more than the application requires

Some visa processes accept planned or reserved travel before approval, while others use different evidence. Buying a non-refundable ticket or hotel stay before a visa decision can create financial risk. Follow the current instructions of the authority handling the application, and use flexible arrangements when a genuine booking is necessary and appropriate.

Planned combined workflow — not currently accepting requests

  1. Enter the route and dates.
  2. Add the accommodation destination and stay dates.
  3. Provide the traveller names and contact email.
  4. Pay the StepOut service fee through the configured checkout.
  5. StepOut reviews the combined timeline and prepares the document.
  6. The completed document is delivered through the secure reservation workflow.

Frequently asked questions

Can flight and hotel dates be different?

They can differ where the trip genuinely requires it, but the timeline should explain the difference. For example, an overnight flight may arrive the following day.

Can I add another city?

Yes. Multi-city plans should include the accommodation or host arrangement for each overnight stop that is relevant to the application.

Does the combined service guarantee visa approval?

No. Travel evidence is only one part of a visa application, and the decision belongs to the relevant authority.

Does StepOut issue airline tickets?

Not through the itinerary-preparation service. Ticketing or genuine supplier reservations are shown only when they actually exist.

Where can I download the completed document?

When the request reaches document-ready or delivered status, the customer can use the secure link sent by StepOut and the Reservation Status page.
