Build a travel-evidence consistency report around your actual trip. The checker adapts to your travel purpose, route, accommodation plan, event dates, flight-itinerary status and insurance position, then highlights gaps or contradictions that deserve review before you rely on the timeline.
What the checker actually reviews
The tool first establishes the trip context rather than treating every field as optional. Based on the answers you choose, it can require and compare the evidence that is relevant to that journey.
- Trip window: checks that departure and return dates form a valid journey and calculates the stated trip length.
- Flight-itinerary status: distinguishes planning dates from dates already tied to a prepared itinerary.
- Accommodation coverage: checks hotel and/or host-stay periods against every trip night and flags uncovered nights or overlapping stays.
- Multi-country context: records the route you entered while deliberately avoiding an unsupported legal conclusion about the correct consulate or visa authority.
- Conference/business alignment: when that purpose is selected, event dates become required and are checked against arrival and departure.
- Insurance period: when existing cover is selected, the checker compares the policy dates with the stated journey.
- Next actions: converts each warning into a concrete item to verify or correct.
Why this helps a traveller
A visa or travel file can become confusing when each document is prepared separately. A flight itinerary may show one period, a hotel another, an event invitation a third and an insurance policy a fourth. This checker puts those dates into one chronology so the traveller can see whether the documents describe the same intended journey.
A warning is not automatically a problem. An overnight flight, host stay, train journey, open-jaw route or deliberate overlap can explain a difference. The value of the tool is that it makes the difference visible so the traveller can confirm the real explanation instead of overlooking it.
How to read the result
The report uses three practical states: Timeline consistent, Needs review and Conflict found. These are document-consistency states, not visa-approval predictions.
For example, if a ten-night trip contains only nine nights of accommodation, the report will identify the uncovered date and ask you to account for the genuine arrangement. If a conference begins before the stated journey, it will flag the chronology conflict. If insurance dates cover the complete trip, it will record that as a pass for the dates entered.

Privacy
The checker runs in the browser and does not ask for your passport number, full name, email address, application number or payment details. The destination, route and dates you enter are used to build the on-page consistency report. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Frequently asked questions
Does “Timeline consistent” mean my visa documents will be accepted?
No. It means the information entered does not contain an obvious chronology conflict detected by this tool. The responsible authority decides what evidence is required and whether it is acceptable.
Why does the tool ask about travel purpose?
Because different trips create different date relationships. A conference trip needs the event to fit inside the travel window. A family visit may use a host stay instead of hotel dates. Asking the purpose lets the checker request only the evidence that is relevant to the situation.
What if I stay in several hotels?
You can enter up to three paid-accommodation segments and the checker will compare them across the trip nights. It will flag missing nights and dates covered by more than one segment.
What if part of my trip is with family and part is in a hotel?
Select the mixed accommodation option. The checker will combine the hotel and host periods when looking for gaps or overlaps.
Does the multi-country field decide where I should apply for a Schengen visa?
No. It records the route for chronology context only. Competent-authority rules can depend on the actual purpose and current official rules, so the tool deliberately does not make that legal determination.
