Run a blocker-and-review check before requesting a flight itinerary. The tool separates issues that make the request not ready from issues that can proceed only after review, including names, route, dates, passenger details, transit, travel purpose, accommodation/event alignment and date flexibility.
What “ready” means here
It means the information is sufficiently organised for itinerary preparation. It does not mean a visa authority will accept a reservation and it does not guarantee visa approval.
Why this matters
A flight itinerary can become unusable if the passenger name does not match the travel document, the route is still uncertain, dates change immediately or a transit issue was ignored. Resolving those questions before requesting the itinerary reduces avoidable rework.
